SHIPPING

Shipping ONLY to the United States including all US Territories, via the United States Postal Service.

Shipping is determined by adding the item to your cart & identifying your approximate location to determine the cost. 

Account creation is NOT required to purchase or determine shipping cost from BravoDuck.com.

All orders received are shipped out within 3 business days, less events such as hurricanes, etc.

Stock is not guaranteed, we try hard to never let you down. Sometimes that duck isn't fit for delivery.

Please double check your provided shipping address. IF USPS offers a more appropriate address for your order, we WILL use it.

RETURNS

Returns MUST be preapproved. DO NOT just ship your item(s) back, you will receive nothing. Please contact us if you need to return your item which is unused in resaleable condition in original packaging. You MUST contact us within 15 days of your order delivered scan.
